2. Information We Collect

A. Visitors & Agency Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, request a project quote, or communicate with our team, we collect your name, email address, company name, project details, and any communications you send us. We use this information solely to discuss, estimate, and execute digital projects.

B. Shopify App Merchants (UpPay, RateJet)

When a merchant installs our Shopify applications, we receive access through Shopify's OAuth framework. We collect and store:

• Your store's .myshopify.com domain and store name.
• A secure Shopify API access token with strictly scoped permissions.
• App configuration settings (e.g., partial payment rules, Cash on Delivery thresholds, shipping zones, fuel surcharges, widget styling).
• Selected subscription plan details and monthly usage counters.

C. Shoppers & Store Customers

For UpPay, we process order-level transaction references in transit (Shopify order ID, draft order ID, currency, and total/paid/balance amounts) to manage deposit and COD workflows.

For RateJet, the app operates strictly on store shipping profiles and Excel rate matrices. It never reads or accesses customer records, checkout personal data, or order histories.

3. How We Use Information

We process information strictly for the following purposes:

• To deliver, maintain, and optimize our agency services and web software.
• To synchronize shipping profiles and payment widget logic with your Shopify admin.
• To handle customer support, troubleshooting, and bug remediation.
• To enforce plan limits and process billing securely through Shopify's Billing API.
• To comply with legal obligations and Shopify App Store developer requirements.

We never sell, rent, or monetize your data, nor do we share merchant or customer information with advertising networks or third-party brokers.

4. Data Storage & Security

Our web infrastructure is hosted on Vercel with databases managed in high-security cloud environments. All network communication occurs exclusively over encrypted HTTPS / TLS connections. Access tokens and sensitive environment credentials are encrypted at rest.

5. Shopify Mandatory Webhooks & Data Deletion

We fully comply with Shopify's GDPR and Privacy Webhooks:

• Customer data request: We respond promptly with any order-level records associated with the requested ID.
• Customer data erasure: Any transient reference tied to the customer ID is permanently removed.
• Shop data erasure (App Uninstall): When a merchant uninstalls our app, Shopify triggers a shop erasure webhook. Within 48 hours, all store settings, tokens, cached configurations, and historical logs are permanently wiped from our database.

6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
